Please note that our replica aircraft are for hire for Ground Displays only.  Although 100% accurate in detail and size our lovingly restored aircraft are unable to fly and can only be used for static displays.
With Two Mark IX Spitfire's and a rare Battle of Britain Mark II Spitfire available for hire we are able to cover more than one weekend, in some circumstances.

With all fully refurbished and original cockpit this is a rare opportunity for members of the public to experience the realities of flying and fighting in the world famous Spitfire

The Spitfire makes a fantastic backdrop in any location and created a fantastic focal point for your event or conference.

The team have a wealth of experience working with our aircraft in support of TV and Film production and have worked with the BBC & ITV as well as Pinewood Studios.

Our Display currently consists of a Battle of Britain era Spitfire Mark II and two Mark IX Spitfires.  In 2016 Corporate clients will be able to take a virtual ride in a full Spitfire simulator and also use this War time Hangar for Corporate team building days.  The untouched 1940's hangar and its various aircraft and period vehicles make Hangar 42 at Blackpool Airport the ideal location for both Film and TV filming.

For a small fee we are also happy to welcome photographic groups to Hangar 42 and also offer detailed educational talks for groups.
